Personalized, Skilled Birth Doula Support

Your birth isn't just another date on my calendar.

I intentionally accept a limited number of birth clients so I can provide the individualized, responsive support I believe this experience deserves.

That's a business decision I've made because I want enough margin to prepare meaningfully with you, answer questions, support early labor when appropriate, remain present through long births, and get to know each family as individuals. I don’t have different packages or withhold support you need because you didn’t pay for it.

You aren't one of a long list of due dates I'm trying to juggle.

When I commit to your birth, I'm making room for your birth.

Birth Doula Support ~$1800

  • Prenatal preparation
     Two in-depth prenatal sessions, individualized movement/positioning preparation, comfort and strengthening ideas, birth preferences, partner preparation, emotional preparation, evidence-based resources, nutrition/wellness education within doula scope, and planning for both hoped-for and unexpected possibilities.

  • Between appointments
     Ongoing access for questions, resources and support throughout pregnancy.

  • On call
     Guaranteed on-call availability beginning at 38 weeks, with certified backup coverage.

  • Labor & birth
     Continuous labor support with no predetermined time limit; comfort measures, physiological positioning support, partner guidance, emotional regulation, help formulating questions and navigating changing circumstances.

  • Labor support when needed
     Individualized collaborative decisions about when my physical presence would be useful rather than a blanket “5-1-1/active labor only” policy.

  • Your birth story
     Documentary photography as circumstances and support needs allow.

  • After birth
     Immediate postpartum support, one in-person postpartum visit around one week after birth, plus virtual check-ins during the early postpartum weeks.

Four Hours of Personalized Postpartum Care — $180

How are you, how’s your heart? Where can I help the MOST while I’m here?

No two postpartum days need the same thing.

When I arrive, we'll figure out where support will make the biggest difference that day—whether that's caring for baby while you sleep or shower, preparing nourishing food, helping with feeding or newborn questions, catching up on laundry and dishes, supporting siblings, talking through your birth and recovery, or simply helping your household feel manageable again.

You don't need to prepare for your doula. I'm there to make the day easier.
